In 2016, one of Australia’s biggest banks, ANZ, celebrated their 10th year of partnership with Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras - one of the biggest celebrations of pride in the world. ANZ wanted to prove that their commitment to the LGBTIQ+ community went beyond just a sponsor name. So they changed theirs. To GAYNZ. Turning their identity, including an entire bank branch, into a celebration of their commitment to the cause, and a canvas for diversity, inclusion and respect.

GAYNZ was regarded as one of the most breakthrough sponsorship campaigns in years, earning it number of Cannes Lions including a Gold, D&AD pencils and Spikes Asia Gold.
